Narita Airport <--> Tokyo Station (airport express with minimum stops) - Round Trip
Tokyo Station <--> liyama Station, Nagano - Round Trip
Liyama Station <--> Nozawa Onsen - by Bus

Hi Michelle,
I think you could look at using a JR East Nagano Pass, it covers the Shinkansen to Iyama (iiyama) and the Narita Express as well.
