The transfer in SHIN-KOBE does not tell you which track to transfer to.
Does that mean I will stay on the train ?
And HIKARI 467 becomes SAKURA 557 ?

Hi there,
I don't know the track number but Shin-Kobe is quite small, there are only 2 platforms if I remember correctly and it won't be hard to find the correct platform and train. One for northbound trains and one for southbound trains. Since you are southbound, it will be the same platform as you arrive at.
There are also plenty of signs and displays, telling you what train will depart from here.
