Hi there,
My group of 5 want to go to Kyoto immediately after landing at HND at 7:45PM. The apparent issue is that the JRP office at HND closes at an earlier time.
Can anyone please advise us on how and where we can activate our JRP's after 7:45PM?
Which lines can we take in order to get from HND airport to Kyoto as fast as possible?

Okay thank you. We have decided to try and take the earliest train the next morning coming from Shinagawa. One issue that I am running into with this is activating our JRP's before then. Which office would you recommend for us to activate the JRP in the morning nearby Shinigawa station?
