Tokyo short stay.. should I buy JR Pass?

Hi Daniel-san/JR expert,

It's my first time going to Japan next January, and I only have three days to travel in Tokyo with my family. For now, we plan on going to Tokyo Disneyland (Maihama station), Sanrio Puroland (Keio-tama center station), Meiju Jingu Shrine (Sta Harajuku, Yamanote line). We might go to other place than the planned one, but it will still be within Tokyo (to save transportation time)

We will land on Narita airport and have our accommodation near Asakusa station (Tsukuba Express line, but need to transfer in JR Narita Express and JR Yamanote line)

For this short trip only, will it be worth it to purchase a JR Pass? If so, to prioritize the itinerary above which JR Pass should I take?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Regards,
Trys

Hi Trys,

For this trip it would not be cost efficient to use a JR Pass. Using normal tickets and or a Suica card would make more sense.

Kind regards,
Daniel
