Yes, a Takayama Hokuriku Area Pass will be a good help here for travel to Takayama, Shirakawa-go, Kanazawa and Kyoto. From there local travel around Kyoto/Osaka won't cost a lot and normal tickets will work perfectly fine.

If I'm not mistaken the pass cannot be use for local subways and buses as well as JR lines such as JR Nara line isn't it?
During my stay at Kyoto, which pass/ticket should i buy if my trip include these areas:
1) Arashiyama bamboo
2)Fushimi Inari Taisha
3) Higasyiyama
4) Kiyomuzedera
5) Kyoto Tower
6) Kawaramachi
7) Nishiki market
8) Gion

Correct, the pass is not valid on the subway and non-JR busses. Local JR lines between Kyoto, Osaka and Kansai Airport are also covered but not to Nara.

For travel around Kyoto, I would buy 500yen day tickets for the bus. The bus in Kyoto is by far the most flexible way to get around.
