Day 5 - Tokyo -> Osaka -> Tokyo (JR Pass Day 5)
Day 6 – Tokyo-> NRT Airport - (JR Pass Day 5)

Using a 7 day JR Pass here the pass will cover travel between all the cities you visit, Narita airport and local JR lines in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. All together this will help you make good savings compared to purchasing normal rail tickets as you travel.
