Can you please check the status of my order? I've been emailing support and posting on the forum but haven't received any updates.
I ordered my JR Pass on Sept 24, received a confirmation, but no updates after that.
My order # is 2126644. Can you provide the FedEx tracking number for my order? I need to receive the exchange orders by Oct 9 before my departure.
I'm looking at your order and see that you contacted us by e-mail to cancel? On the 25th?
It's best that my order is canceled at this time. Please send me a cancelation confirmation and reverse the charge on my credit card.
We have done as requested, and will e-mail you once the refund has been made.
