Hi,
This is my planned itinerary for July holiday
2 July: Landing @Narita, straight to Tokyo
6 July: Hakone, using Hakone Pass, overnight
7July: heading to Takayama, from Hakone, start activating JR Pass 7 days
8 July: Going to Osaka from Takayama
10 July: Going to Kyoto from Osaka
13 July: Going back to Narita

With this itinerary, I am planning to activate JR pass on the 7th of July, until 13th of July.

My question, is buying a JR Pass 7 days correct for my itinerary ?

Thank You

Hi there,

Yes, the 7 day JR Pass is the only pass that would work here. You will make good savings compared to purchasing normal tickets and the JR Pass would cover travel between all the cities you visit.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
