Hi! we are flying into Kansai (KIX) and are staying in Kyoto. We will be traveling to Hiroshima for the day and back during the 4 day trip. We will sightsee in Kyoto and Hiroshima and then fly back out of KIX. Would the JR Pass be the best deal even though we aren't staying for 7 days? There are 5 adults.

Hi there,
For your trip I recommend using a regional pass, the Kansai - Hiroshima area Pass. It would be very cost efficient going to Hiroshima abd civer travel to KIX as well.
