Day 1: arrive 22:30
Day 2: leave Kansai airport by Shuttle Bay to Kobe (1 night)
Day 3: leave Kobe to Osaka (3 nights Namba, Dotonbori)
Day 4: exploring Kyoto
Day 5: exploring Osaka & Nara
Day 6: Osaka and depart at midnight
What pass would you recommend.

Hello Supannee,
All your travel is in the Kansai Area, I think buying normal rail tickets would make most sense as travel cost within Kansai is low.
You can grab an IC card like ICOCA to make traveling around more convenient.
