Hi Daniel San,
We are a family of 3 from Canada, and are planning a 10 - 12 days trip to Japan.
We will fly to Tokyo HND first.
next will be to Osaka, and Kyoto.
We want to stay in Shirahama for 3 days to wrap up the trip. Then go back to Tokyo HND to fly back to Canada.
What kind of JR pass should we get?

Hi Nui Nui,
I would recommend using a 7-day JR Pass if you can include travel from Tokyo - Osaka/Kyoto - Shirahama and back to Tokyo.
I assume this will be Shirahama in the Wakayama prefecture. Shirahama means white beach in Japanese and there are multiple beaches by this name.
