Hi everyone,
This is my first time travelling to Japan with my family (parents in the 50s with my brother) so I was wondering if this itinerary draft is reasonable (and affordable in terms of the transportation), would like to be bit relaxed trip for my parents too. My family likes to try lots of local food and go to churches (that's why we include Nagasaki) and my brother likes to go for vintage stuffs.
I am thinking of going for the 14 days JR Pass for the trip.
These are the drafted itineraries.
Day 1 (24 June) - Arrival at Tokyo (ETA: 05:30 AM)
Day 2 (25 June) - Tokyo
Day 3 (26 June) - Tokyo - Nikko - Tokyo
Day 4 (27 June) - Tokyo - Takayama
Day 5 (28 June) - Takayama - ShirakawaGo - Kanazawa
Day 6 (29 June) - Kanazawa
Day 7 (30 June) - Kanazawa - Hiroshima - Miyajima - Hiroshima
Day 8 ( 1 July ) - Hiroshima - Nagasaki
Day 9 ( 2 July ) - Nagasaki
Day 10 ( 3 July ) - Nagasaki - Kyoto
Day 11 ( 4 July ) - Kyoto
Day 12 ( 5 July ) - Kyoto (possible day trip)
Day 13 ( 6 July ) - Kyoto - Osaka (Tanabata) - Kyoto / Osaka
Day 14 ( 7 July ) - Kyoto / Osaka - KIX (ETD: 16.00PM)
Please do advise on this! Is it doable? Worrying if it's too much during the season.
Thank you and have an awesome day!
