Hi,

Would like to enquire about the ways to travel from Fuji q to kyoto. If i were to take a bus from Shibuya Mark city, is it correct that i would alight at kawaguchiko station or at fuji q highland?

Also, what are the buses/trains available to get to kyoto's kiyomizu-gojo station from fuji q highland?

Hope to hear from you. Thank you.

Hi there,

Is not an easy route, the best way is possibly to use an express bus but it is not covered by the JR Pass:
https://www.fujiq.jp/en/access/

Otherwise you can take a bus to Mishima station from Fuji-q and from there use the Shinkansen to Kyoto.

To kiyomizu-gojo: take a JR line to Tofukusji, there transfer to the Keihan bound for kiyomizu-gojo.

Hope this helps,
Daniel

Dear Daniel,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I have decided that this is not an easy way to travel and have thus decided to buy a round trip bus from shibuya mark city to fuji q and vice versa.
May I know if it is worth it to purchase a jr pass if i were to travel from
1) Shibuya - kyoto
2) Kyoto - osaka
3) Osaka - shibuya

Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

Hi Vanessa,

Yes, a 7 day JR Pass would be useful for this route.

Kind regards,
Daniel
