Hi there,

The easiest way is to connect from Asakusa to Ueno using the Tokyo Metro Ginza line. From Ueno, you can use the JR Yamanote loop line to Shibuya, Shinjuku,Ueno and Akihibara.

Personally I also love exploring Tokyo by bicycle. It is not too hard to reach Ueno and Akihabara from Asakusa.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
