First shinkansen in the morning

Hello, I'm travelling from Tokyo to Kyoto and then from Kyoto to Matsuyama, and I would like to know when Shinkansen start departing. I would be travelling on the second and third weeks of January.

Shinkansen generally start service around 6 am in the morning. You can find the exact time table using Hyperdia.
