Checking on Google maps, I only see Nozomi option to go from Hiroshima Station to Tokio Station. Is this the only option?

Hello Rene,
This is a known problem with Google Maps that does not always show all trains.
Yes, the route Hiroshima - Tokyo can be done with these trains. Most likely you'll take the Sakura Shinkansen from Hiroshima to Shin-Osaka station and from there to Hikari train to Tokyo.
