You charged me twice on my credit card. One charge said JRPass.com and the other said JR Pass LTD. I need a refund for one of the charges but I can't get in touch with anyone from JR Pass. I have sent an email, sent a message on Facebook, sent a message on the website - and NO RESPONSE. How do I get a refund?
We never charge you more than once per order. However, there may have been a reservation of funds on your card. Sometimes, this happens due to a variety of circumstances, but will drop off automatically in a few days. Please note that this is not something we control.
For refunds in general, these are processed through our Support team.
