Meet & Greet Service question

Dear Daniel,

I am considering purchasing the Meet & Greet Service for my family and I when we arrive to Tokyo next month.

Do people who purchased the service still have to line up with travellers who did not purchase it in order to receive their JR Passes/Wi-fi/etc.?

In other words, does purchasing the Meet & Greet Service mean the person meeting us will take care of us right away without our having to queue?

Thanks.

Hi there,

There might be a queue, and your attendant will do this for you. So you will be free to do anything else in the meantime.

It's certainly a convenience, but not a "pay to skip the queue" kind of arrangement.

Kind regards,
Daniel
