We already purchased JR pass and Meet and Greet with you. We were planning on using the limousine bus on 6/23/19 to get to our hotel Hyatt Regency from Narita Airport. I wasn’t going to activate my JR pass until 6/28. Can I purchase the limousine bus tickets when I arrive at the airport on 6/23 or do i need to get tickets before then? I was hoping the meet and greet would help me purchase the bus tickets when i arrive at the airport.

Yes, we can arrange help with the onward bus tickets at part of the Meet and Greet service.
You can activate the JR Pass at a later date, if you wish to do so.
