I like to go from Matsumoto to Nagoya by train but it's hard to find a departure time table.
I only know the train name:ltd Express Shinano!
Second question is: can I take this train by ordinary Japan Rail Pass?

Yes, this train is covered by the JR Pass and it is a very nice ride to make.
