1) Will the pass be physically delivered to my home (in Brazil)? I saw that I need to have the physical pass to exchange it for the ticket in Japan.

Yes, delivery to Brazil normally takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.

2) Other places I looked at to buy this pass require sending a passport to verify the passenger's identity. After confirming the purchase, is it necessary to send any document?

Eligibility documents are only required for Japanese nationals where necessary. You do not need to provide passport information.

3) Does this pass allow me to bring any larger luggage or do I need to pay for an additional bag?

You may bring up to two pieces of luggage on board free of charge. Please find the full details here.

4) Can the purchase of the pass be paid in installments by credit card?

We currently do not offer an instalment plan.

5) Can I reserve seats on the trains before my travel or only in Japan?

You can reserve seats after arriving in Japan and activating your pass. Seat reservations can be made at any JR Train Station ticket office or via the ticket machines located at the stations.
