I am planning my bagpacking tour through Hyperdia, how do I know which of the trains are covered by JRpass, is there some kind of code. For example, I want to go from Narita to Hakodate. I found a line that goes 08.11 from Narita, train LDT EXP Ayame 2 to Tokyo, where I swich to Shinkansen Haybusa 3 to Shin-Aomori where I take Hakucho 19 to Hakodate.
I know that Shinkansen Haybusa 3 and Hakucho 19 is covered by JR, but is Ayame 2 from Narita-Tokyo covered?
Is there a code system?

The JR Pass is valid on all JR Group Shinkansen "bullet trains" (except "Nozomi" or "Mizuho" class trains), limited express trains, express trains, and rapid or local trains (With some exceptions on sleeper services). The Japan Rail Pass is confirmed as valid for the Hayabusa and Sakura Shinkansen services and also can also be used for the Tokyo monorail.
