Part of the way to Kawaguchiko is traveled on the Fujikyu railway. This is a 3rd sector company and a ticket for it costs 1,140yen. You can use the JR Pass from Shinagawa to Otsuki station but from there you will need to transfer to the Fujikyu line.

Will you be able to inform me exactly what date the courier will be at my condo. I do not want to miss the courier as I am out a lot of times. Please confirm if you able to do that.

We delivery using FedEx express, which is fast and reliable. They'll give you a time slot for delivery in advance.

If needed a new delivery time can be set if you happen to be out during delivery.
