Hi, will I be able to use JR Pass to Lake Kawaguchiko from Tokyo, Shinagawa Station. Is this the best place to view Mt. Fuji. We are going to Japan for the first time ever, my husband and I. Can’t wait to see your lovely cherry blossoms!

Hi there,
Part of the way to Kawaguchiko is traveled on the Fujikyu railway. This is a 3rd sector company and a ticket for it costs 1,140yen. You can use the JR Pass from Shinagawa to Otsuki station but from there you will need to transfer to the Fujikyu line.

Thank you Daniel. I would like to order the JR pass from your website. I understand you will courier to me the exchange passes. Will you be able to inform me exactly what date the courier will be at my condo. I do not want to miss the courier as I am out a lot of times. Please confirm if you able to do that.

Hi Irene,
We delivery using FedEx express, which is fast and reliable. They'll give you a time slot for delivery in advance.
If needed a new delivery time can be set if you happen to be out during delivery.
