I am travelling on 26/06/2023 midday from Melbourne to Osaka-Kansai airport. My final destination is Kobe. I would like to purchase the JR pass, however, by the time it arrives to my address in Australia, I will be already in Japan. What is the difference in prices by purchasing online than in Japan.
In the case I purchase it from Australia (today 25/06/2023), can I change the delivery address to the place I will be staying in Kobe, Japan?
