Hi,
Ｍy wife and I have arrived in Japan but have left our physical JR pass vouchers in England. Would there be any way to resend these vouchers to an address in Japan for us to use, or as an e-ticket for us to exchange? Or failing these would it be possible to get a refund?
We really appreciate any help you would be able to give us as we would love to start exploring
