JR Pass exchange name does not fully match passport name

Hi there, we have ordered and received the JR Exchange, however my name on this is "Victor Sun" which does not match the full given name on my passport "Victor Lee Sun".

I want to ask how strict are the JR staff on name checks, and how likely is it that they will refuse to grant me a JR Pass because the exchange doesn't fully match my passport?

My friend ordered both our cards and she has been trying to contact this website since April 26 and we have received no reply since. The order number is 1869757.

We need help on this ASAP as we will be leaving for Japan next Friday. We have bought cancellation insurance, and if you advise it is likely that the JR Exchange would be rejected in this circumstance, we would like to cancel and refund my card (just my card, not my friend's), and if there is sufficient time, looking at re-ordering a card.
