For this itinerary it is better to look at different options such as normal tickets or maybe an area pass. Nagoya and Osaka are not that far apart and the JR Pass is better used for longer distances. Such as Tokyo - Osaka.

That said, have a look at the Kintetsu area pass it may suit your plans.
