I will be arriving at itami airport , and travel to the following places:
1.wakayama - 2 days
2. Nagoya -3 days
3. Osaka -3 days.
4. Fly home via itami airport last day.
Will the 7 days JR be useful for my trip.

Hi there,
For this itinerary it is better to look at different options such as normal tickets or maybe an area pass. Nagoya and Osaka are not that far apart and the JR Pass is better used for longer distances. Such as Tokyo - Osaka.
That said, have a look at the Kintetsu area pass it may suit your plans.
