Which jr pass Shd we buy

Most of your travel is near Tokyo and won't cost much compared to longer trips cross country. A 7 day JR Pass possibly good work if you want to take the Shinkansen to Nikko and Nagoya, as these are the most expensive trips but there are also budget options available.

For travel times, I recommend learning to plan with Hyperdia this way you can find any route/timetable and more. It's a great tool for planning with the JR Pass. We also have a useful interactive map with all JR lines included.
