Hi. I didn't realize that we needed to have a physical voucher sent to us as I was hoping to pick up from Narita airport. We are leaving on the 29th of Sept and was wondering. If I ordered now, it should take 3 days to New Zealand, maybe 26th or 27th. What would be the option available to us if it doesn't arrive in time?

My suggestion would be to contact our support team at [email protected] to see if they are able to have the exchange order posted to the accommodation you’ll be staying at in Japan.
