Long wait for JR exchange at Narita?

Hi there,

The queue's at the Exchange Office in Narita can be long (I must admit I've never had this issue). Anecdotally you may need to wait upto 1 hour on arrival depending on how far near the front of the queue you are ;)

If you'd like to book seats when your exchange you'll need to visit the JR ticket office once you have exchanged your rail pass.
