So, i've already bought my JRPass and i'm from Portugal.
The thing is that the Pass is stuck in Customs, they are having some issues and the PASS won't arrive my home before i reach JAPAN.
Is there any alternative ? What can i do if i don't get my pass in time for my TRIP?

Our team may be able to ship you a new pass to your accommodation in Japan. Best to contact our support team with your order# and we will see what the options are.
If the pass is delayed with no fault of your own, then we can also offer a full refund.
