Hehe sorry for my poor English, I will try:

...well, I´m going to Japan next month (holidays: 11th - 23th September) After arriving in Tokyo I will go to Hiroshima at 20th - 21th September BUT I dont know if I have to buy a JR Pass (only 2 days cos I think is too expensive).

There is another way to go there in 4 hours (more or less) and cheaper?

Will Tokyo - Hiroshima be the only route you travel or will you go somewhere else after hiroshima?

If you only travel one way, then it will be cheaper to buy normal tickets. However adding a little more travel like going to Kyoto or back to Tokyo will make the JR Pass pay off.
