Please help me figure out what to buy a Jr pass, a regional pass or just pay per trip.

Day 1 Narita to Tokyo
Day 2 Tokyo
Day 3 Tokyo to Narita flight to Okinawa
Day 4 Okinawa
Day 5 Okinawa to Narita to Tokyo
Day 6 mt Fuji
Day 7 Tokyo
Day 8 Tokyo to Narita

It seems like I’m doing a lot of back and forth from Tokyo to Narita , so is there a pass that includes this line Narita express only or should I but the JR pass or buy single tickets? How much is one way tickets from Narita to Tokyo?
