Day two - Matsumoto to Tateyama Kurobe Alphine Route
Day three - Toyama to Kanazawa
Day four - Kanazawa to Hilda to Takayama
Day five - Takayama to Nagoya
Day six - Nagoya to Hakone
Day seven - Hakone to Tokyo
Am I too greedy with the plan?

I would not say greedy but you will need to plan this well, you will be traveling a lot and will want some time in each place to look around as well. For passes you could consider the following:
Alpine-Takayama-Matsumoto Area Tourist Pass. For travel from Matsumoto and over the Alpine route.
