We are traveling the following itinerary:
30 okt Tokyo to Takayama
01 nov Takayama to Kyoto
06 nov Kyoto to Nara
07 nov Nara to Osaka
09 nov Osaka to Hiroshima
11 nov Hiroshima to Beppu
13 nov Beppu to Fukuoka
Or we might skip Takayama in the beginning and go to Nagasaki between Hiroshima and Beppu.
Would you advise a JRPass?

Hi there,
I would recommend a JR Pass for your itinerary as it is comprised mostly of Shinkansen travel which is typically significantly more expensive than regular train tickets.
