From Narita airport transfer to Osaka, staying in Osaka for 3 nights and 1 day trip to Nara
Osaka to Kyoto and stay at Kyoto for 3 nights
Kyoto transfer to Tokyo
Which JR pass would you recommend for my trip around these 4 destinations and within the 2 cities of Osaka and Kyoto. I will not be staying in Tokyo. just need a transfer from Kyoto to Tokyo.

For this trip, you would be best off buying normal rail tickets. A JR Pass would not help you make savings on this route.
