Let's have a look at ticket prices and find out what the best option would be.

April 7: Narita - Ochanomizu, Tokyo ¥ 2,940
April 10: Tokyo - Hakone (Odawara) ¥ 3,130
April 12: Odawara - Osaka ¥ 12,270
April 14: Osaka - Kyoto ¥ 540
April 17: Kyoto - Tokyo ¥ 13,220
April 20: back to Narita ¥ 2,940

For a total of ¥ 34,040. I checked if a 7 day JR Pass (¥ 28,300) or 14 day JR Pass (¥ 45,100) would make you help savings but must conclude that it would be best to buy normal tickets as you travel. The JR Pass does offer transport in both Tokyo and Osaka in addition to travel to Narita Airport on the Narita Express.
