Name form as in Passport

Hello,

I intend to buy 2 Rail Passes. There is however information at name "First/Last Name (as in passport)".
In my country we use letters with special signs over them like with letters: š č á etc.
Some of such letter are in our names.

My question ist: shall we write down our names without those special signs (Example: Nadejny) or with them (example Nadějný).
