Dear Sir/Madam from JR Pass,
I am travelling with my family to japan next january
These are the cities we are going to visit?

18: Tokyo - OsaKa
20: Osaka - Hiroshima - Osaka
22: Osaka -Kyoto
24: Kyoto-Nara-Kyoto
25: Kyoto - Tokyo

Is it worth to buy the pass? Where Can I buy the tickets individually?

Hi there,

My recommendation would be to purchase a 7-day JR Pass and then purchase the ticket from Kyoto to Tokyo separately as it is outside the 7-day window: this is likely to be your most cost-effective option. If you want to purchase your tickets individually, you can do so online on the Japan Travel Website, or from ticket desks/machines when in Japan.

Hi, Thanks for the previous question.
When I buy the ticket, I can only activiate in Japan. Is it easy to schedule the trains when I Activate my pass in Japan?
Can I use the bullet train?
