We will be travelling to:
6 days in Tokyo - day trips in the city, Mt Fuji, Nikko-Kinugawa
4 days in Kyoto - day trips to Nara, travel within the city, Osaka day trip travel within Osaka
2 days in Hiroshima - travel within Hiroshima and Miyajima
1 day Narita - travel around Narita and travel to airport from the hotel

While we have 14 day JR Travel passes to go inter region (from city to city) . We can also see that JR passes will work for Nikko and maybe Mt Fuji

1. Do you think it is worth getting the Suica IC travelcard for travel within the cities we are visiting?
2. Where is the best place to buy the Suica card - Narita airport/Shinjuku Station?
3. Will Suica travel card be valid outside Tokyo in Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima and Narita?

I understand that the deposit on Suica will be refunded along with any unspent monies left on the card at the end of our stay. Can we get our refund anywhere or only where we purchase the Suica?
