I received an email from you saying my pass will probably not reach Australia before I leave and that you could provide refund. I do not want to cancelled but wish for it to be sent to my Japan hotel instead so it is there when I arrive. I have been emailing all day but have received no response. Could you please advise how I can contact JR RAIL urgently to sort this out please

Emailing our support team at [email protected] is the only way you can discuss changes to existing orders, unfortunately there's not much that I can do here on the forum. If you have already emailed you should hopefully receive a response soon.
