Hi, I am landing to Haneda airport terminal 3 at 5:30am. I ordered my JR rail pass online. Can I use a machine to pick up my rail pass or do I have to go to a ticket office?

Activation options depend on your point of purchase. If you ordered your JR Pass on jrpass.com, you can contact our support team here, and we will be happy to assist!
The opening hours for the JR Pass exchange offices at Haneda Airport are as follows:
Haneda Airport Terminal 3: 6:45-20:00
Haneda Airport Terminal 2: 6:00-22:00
