Hi, I have placed order #2539894 by mistake. I also emailed the support team, but no luck. How should I proceed and cancel my order before delivery?

Hi there,
Apologies for the late response. Our support team should hopefully have emailed you back, but I believe you meet the conditions for a refund as long as you don't use the pass, so once they get back to you sorting out a refund should be a relatively straightforward process.
