I will arrive at Narita airport, then stay in Tokyo for a few days before going to Hakone or Kyoto or both, then return to Tokyo to fly out of Narita. Is it worth it to get JRPass?

Hi there,
That entirely depends on whether you visit Kyoto or not. The 7 day JR Pass is about the same price as a normal return ticket Tokyo - Kyoto on the Shinkansen, with the JR Pass you get 7 days of Unlimited travel for the same price. Which is great as you can use it for travel around Tokyo and to Narita Airport as well.
