Train from Hakodate to Tokyo

Hi there,

There will be no train service between Aomori and Hokkaido on the 1st of Januari. After normal service will resume. When do you plan on making the trip?

Hi,

I will be going to Japan from 8th until 19th January. Will take flight from Tokyo to Sapporo on 10th January and plan to take train from Hakodate to Tokyo on 14th January. So want to make sure on the train schedule. Is all the train will be suspended or only the night train? Because I plan to take morning train from Hakodate - Aomori-Tokyo. Check with Hyperdia, there is still train service during a day. But, now I'm not sure.

I just open your link on the train information. So, I guess my plan should be ok because the train service will only be suspended on 1st January and will resume as normal after that right?
