9 days Japan trip

Hi,

Our route is planned as Osaka to Tokyo.

With detail Osaka - Nara - Kyoto - Fuji - Hakone - Tokyo (Nikko will be also included when staying in Tokyo)

We all are 5 people and will be staying in Osaka for 2 nights, Kyoto 3 nights, Tokyo 3 nights.

While we transfer to Kyoto to Tokyo we will be passing through from Fuji and Hakone, and visit there.

First, do you think buying 7 days Jr Pass ticket will worth it?

Secondly, does Jr Pass ticket include all city public transport as well (bus, tube, train etc)?

Thirdly, are we allowed to leave our baggages in any luggage storage/ lockers in Odawara and Hakone?
