My parents recently ordered and paid for two, 7-day Japan Rail Passes. However, it looks as if they might not be able to come to Japan. Is there a way to get a refund for the Pass?

Hi there,
If your parents do not use their JR Pass they can return their unused Exchange Order to us for a refund up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
