This is my first time using JR Pass. And below are my routes during my stay in Japan:
1. Narito to Atami
2. Atami to Kawazu
3. Kawazu back to Atami
4. Atami to Takayama
5. Takayama to Shirakawa
6. Shirakawa back to Takayama
7. Takayama to Tokyo
Could you please inform me of which routes that is NOT covered by JR Pass? I have checked in Hyperdia but there re not information about it.

Hi Tami,
I checked your route, and the only parts not covered by the JR Pass would be the bus from Takayama - Shirakawago and back, and part of the route to Kawaza, from Ito station to Kawazu on the Izukyu railway line.
